One thing that has been done was workshop on the production of instant red ginger. Producing spice-based instant drink is a new opportunity because of the high demand for spice-based drinks in the community during Covid-19 pandemic. Various traditional drinks, especially red ginger, are consumed during the pandemic to increase the immune system and stamina. Herbal drinks used to be made by boiling spices, but this method is not practical. Therefore, the Research Center for Jamu and Herbal Medicine (Ja-He), Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana held the workshop on the production of instant red ginger drink at Posbindu RW 03, Tanjung Duren, Jakarta. This workshop involved counselling, product formulation demonstration. Red ginger and other spices processed into the instant red ginger drink.
